Calling all nature photographers,

specifically those of you who enjoy capturing plants of any kind in their native environment, at times of interest ie:- in flower, autumn leaf colour, fruiting etc...).

I am slowly but surely building a database of flora and need good quality images which represent the plant in question fully for a website. Ideally the images would not contain anything which would detract or inteferre with the specimen in focus ie: litter, other plants, animals etc... and would be initially a high resolution image which would ( if used ) be edited for the site format.

All I can offer those of you who participate is a chance to showcase your work, with your full name displayed alongside with the image giving you full credit, also the site operates a typical copyright policy which protects your work from re-use, hotlinking etc....

The database is free to use by anyone and does not require login or payment it is simply a database for browsers interested in plants.
